Most of my floral photos are macros, and most of them are Dahlias.

All Dahlia photographs have been taken at the Bayard Cutting Arboretum Dahlia Garden, in Oakdale, NY.

The lenses that I use for my floral photos are:

  • Canon 100mm f2.8 macro
  • Canon MP-E 65mm 1x-5x w/Canon twin flash

All 2009 dahlia photos were taken with natural light.

All 2008 dahlia photos were taken with natural light.

All 2007 dahlia photos were taken with a twin flash.
